Summer Glassblowing Camp June 3-7 and June 17 – 21,

Intro to Glassblowing

The One-and-Only Open-Access Studio in the greater Houston Area

What does it mean to be an open-access studio?

  • Observers are welcome during our regular business hours
  • Rental time is available for glassblowers wanting to continue exploring glass
  • Experiences and workshops are offered to expand self-expression (Saturdays and Sundays)
  • Lessons are available to glass enthusiasts who want to learn to blow

We also offer a free narrated demo for individuals and small groups to attend on the 1st Saturday of each month! If you have a larger group (10 or more), we ask you to schedule a separate time for your demonstration.

We welcome you to our open-access studio and watch us blow glass. We are open daily, 10 am – 5 pm, but we are not always blowing. Mondays & Tuesdays are charging the furnace and cleaning the studio. Wednesday -Sunday are private events, and on the weekends, we do experiences, classes, and rentals. . Our team typically takes a lunch break (12 pm-1 pm). We don’t always make glass all day as there are constant maintenance and cleanup activities. If we are not blowing, there is still plenty to see in our showroom or gallery space.
