What Are Studio Life Webcasts?

Studio Life Webcasts are our way of opening the studio doors to the world.  These aren’t just promotional videos or polished advertisements – they’re authentic, behind-the-scenes glimpses into the real life of a working glassblowing studio.  From the first firing of the furnaces in the morning to the final piece being placed in the annealer at night, we’re sharing it all.

Think of it as your virtual pass to hang out with us in the hot shop, learn about the craft, watch incredible transformations unfold in real time, and get to know the artists and instructors who make the magic happen every single day.

We are trying to make these webcasts about what we do daily, showing our lives in the studio.  These include live moments in the hot shop blowing glass, zen times in the warm glass studio, what goes on.  At the same time, we shapeshift glass (cold working), mindful fabrication (which we do a lot of for the studio and property), and reflections on glass, focusing on an art piece or a series, and discussing it.  This is just one of the ways that we are trying to share what we do with you.  For more information, go to our Blog Studio Life Webcasts.
