Jeweled Mosaics is the first piece in the Mosaic Series and is made from 24 x 24 sheets of glass cut into 11 pieces. Transparent cased cane was made in multiple colors and then these were cut into short fragments to stand up on the white glass. The color pattern was a random transition of color from the center outward. The pieces are all at the same level but separated from each other by different amounts.

The Mosaic Series is an exploration in blown/warm glass to explore mosaics. Cross-Over Series is when the color setup is done in either the hot or warm glass studio and the final form is created in the other studio.
