If "The Collector" consents to this Commission Agreement they acknowledge that the Prototype Fees are additional services that are paid for separately. The Design Fee will be subtracted from the price of the piece prior to taxes. After any prototyping is done a 50% deposit is required to start the piece. The remaining funds are due at acceptance. If the Collector does not accept the piece the monies paid go towards the making of the artwork and there is no refund.
