We use an online booking system to ensure we have sufficient glass makers to serve you.  You are welcome to walk-in on Saturdays and Sundays, but we are typically booked to capacity.

Everyone working our studios must read & sign our online safety waiver.

We have a no refund policy.  You can reschedule with no charge with 72 hours notice.

 Arrive 15 minutes early for your reservation to review safety and choose forms &       colors.

When you buy from Glass Art Houston you are buying directly from the artists of Glassblowing Houston.  There is no middle person. We take no gallery fee from the pieces made by our glassmakers in their own time.

We love cash or check, but we accept all forms of credit card.

At this time we are not shipping internationally.

If you purchase something online and are local you can pick it up that day.  If it is out of stock please allow six weeks or more for its creation.  If you are ordering a custom piece please allow for the time given you at your deposit payment.
Glass made in the studio must cool slowly so you cannot take it home with you that day.  The glass makers will estimate when it will be ready for pickup, it will be at least 24 hours from the time made.
